The Dom is the fourth location for The Berlin Cathedral’s congregation, which was originally Catholic, then Calvinist, Evangelical Protestant, and now United Protestant.

The Mies van der Rohe-designed former gas station on Nun’s Island in Montreal.

This modernist-style station was designed by the famed architect in 1969.

It is slated to re-open in the fall of 2012 as a community centre.

Chicago’s Wrigley Building, on North Michigan Avenue. Completed between 1921 and 1924, it was the city’s first major office building built north of the Chicago River and the Michican Avenue Bridge.

It was commissioned by William Wrigley Jr. for the headquarters of his gum company, and designed by the Graham, Anderson, Probst & White architectural firm.
